UNLESS PURCHASED FOR BREEDING AND SHOWING, ALL PUPS ARE SOLD ON OPEN CONTRACT That The breeder withholds REGISTRATIONS ISSUED BY THE CANADIAN KENNEL CLUB. THIS MEANS YOUR DOG WILL BE CKC REGISTERED IN BREEDERS NAME ONLY UNTIL SPAY/NEUTER CERTIFICATE IS SUPPLIED, HOWEVER, THE DOG IS NOT TO BE USED FOR BREEDING. IF OFFSPRING IS A RESULT FROM A DOG SOLD AS PET ALTER ONLY THOSE PUPS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CKC REGISTRATION. IT IS MY RECOMMENDATION THAT ALL PUPS GET SPAYED OR NEUTERED AT APPROPRIATE AGE (ABOUT 6 MONTHS OLD to ONE YEAR no later than automatic 15,000.00 penalty will be owed to breeder due to breach of Contract if purchased as pet and bred AGREE By writing I name, agree to breeders contract request
