Strict Rules to be followed: 
1) 2 days late in a month with an early call will be accepted if shown within 30 minutes of reporting time
2) 3 days late in a month will deduct full the attendance bonus
3) 4 days late in a month will deduct full attendance bonus and 8 hours normal salary will be deducted 
4) No call, no show may hold the payment without showing any notice 
5) Unauthorized leave / uninformed late will deduct 8 hours of normal salary and full attendance bonus
6) If someone gets 1 UL and 2 informed late, then the 3rd informed late punishment will be full attendance bonus and 16 hours deduction from his / her salary.
7) No Authorized leaves are considered unless someone is permanent.
8) Sickness is unavoidable, but the office needs to see the proof of a doctor's certificate to replace "UL" with "A" which will not deduct any hours but no attendance bonus will be there.
9) Penalties for speaking in Bengali or Hindi & sleeping will never be considered.
Note: To avail informed late option, the employee needs to show up within 30 minutes of his/ her reporting time and call TL 30 minutes earlier, if they still cannot show up within mentioned time, then management can take any decision.
