New Starter Form

The following information is requested from you as part of the agreement we have with your employer (our client) to deliver payroll services on their behalf.


Information in this form is needed by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and details will be added to the secure Sage payroll system we use to enable your pay to be calculated and to ensure compliance with HMRC by informing them about the pay you receive. 

Other information we request on the form enables us to correctly identify you (for example work location), calculate your correct pay (pay rate & overtime rate) and contact you (for example to securely email your payslip). 

We will not contact you for any other reason or pass your details onto any other organisation.
