Provide the number of the order to refund. This is also your individual product registration number, a 15-character string like this: 20200704225721AB. Find your order number on the download instructions you received when you ordered, and in the file names of your product files, and on the first page of your ebooks and apps.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of ordering. If you order on the 1st of the month, for example, the refund request must be submitted before midnight of the 8th. Please select date from calender icon or write in directly, using US date format mm/dd/yyyy.
