Please go through the important instruction before registration of Convocation.
(A)IN PERSON: The candidates who wish to obtain degree certificate on the day of Convocation shall select `In-person’ option at the time of registration.
Ø Each candidate who is registered as In-Person will be allowed to have two guests to attend the program.
Ø Customary Dupatta has to be put on by all candidates who attend the convocation. Dupatta will be issued by the University on the day of Convocation.
Ø Dress Code: To uphold the dignity of the program, all the candidates shall wear formal clothes. (For Boys: Light color Shirt and Trouser || For Girls: Light color Kurta and Pajama)
Ø Everybody shall have to follow social distancing instruction by the university.
(B) IN ABSENTIA: The candidates who wish to obtain degree certificate through Post has to select the option `In-Absentia’ at the time of registration.
Ø Each candidate who is registered as In-Absentia are invited to join the main Convocation ceremony through the link available soon on the University website.
Ø The Degree Certificate will be dispatched after Convocation and Degree Distribution Ceremony is over. If a candidate does not receive the Degree Certificate at their registered address within 30 days after convocation date, they may contact on studentservices@charusat.ac.in.
