Adams Ridge Rays Swim Team 2019 RegistrationPlease use the following form to register your swimmers for the 2019 Adams Ridge Rays Swim Team Season.

You are about to register for the 2019 Adams Ridge Rays swim team season. This team is only open to Adams Ridge residents. Swimmers must be born after June 1st, 2001 to participate in swim team. They must also be able to swim one length of the pool without stopping to be eligable.

If this is your first year on the team, you will recieve an email to create a Shutterfly Share sites account shortly. When you do, please create an account. Here, you can find all the information you will need for this season. If you are a returning family, please log on to your existing Shutterlfy account. All swimmers should RSVP for all meets on our team website before our first practice.

DUE TO BLACK MAILBOX AT THE CLUBHOUSE BY MAY 21:
Please write one check for $60 to ARHOA for each child you are registering. This is your registration fee. Place this check in an envelope with "your swimmers name" and "Adams Ridge Rays" on the envelope. Please write "Swim Team" in the memo line. Turn this check into the black mailbox on the porch of the Clubhouse. This is due BEFORE May 21 to the black mailbox.

DUE AT PARENT MEETING ON MAY 21:
Two additional checks will be due at the parent meeting. The first will be a $40 check made out to ARHOA and is your volunteer deposit. Only one per family is required. This check will NOT be cashed if your family volunteers. 
The last check is the $25 snack bar fee written out to CASH. One check per every child you are registering will be due.

At least one parent/guardian registration is required. New accounts will be sent an email confirmation message with instructions to setup a password. At least one parent/guardian is required to volunteer. At least one parent/guardian email address must be provided.
